  Wonderful bank with excellent customer service. The bank isnt responsible for the decisions I make to open the account. Also overdraft privleges are completely optional and they don't hold checks for 7 days Without telling people. Great bank

  The First Convenience Bank in Graham is totally unprofessional. When my son was in there several months ago, a girl consistently followed him around the store, hounding him to open an account. He finally got tired of her hounding him, so he said OK and filled out paperwork. Now he is charged with overdraft fees. I want to know since when can you even OPEN a bank account without depositing money in it? This is a scam. We are now receiving calls about how much money he owes the bank. He stayed in Graham for less than 2 weeks, was only there visiting some friends. He is unemployed, looking for work with a wife and baby he is trying to support.

  Last week i had unathorized activity on my checking account. At this branch, the staff was very insensitive to my lose. After explaining the course of action recommended by the 800 customer service rep. I was snickered at and turned away with the same number to call that i had already before going to this branch. No help, no q&a. I have already opened an account with first state bank. I will no longer bank with first convenience bank
